Restorative Yoga and Meditation - 4 Week Series

During this 4 week series you will learn the basic techniques to create a Restorative Yoga and Meditation practice at home. Restorative Yoga uses various props to allow you to stay in poses for a long time, without any discomfort or strain. The practice helps you balance your nervous system, relieve stress, develop patience, humbleness and the ability to focus.


*** You must bring your own Yoga bolster and two blankets.

Dates:  Sundays August 6, 13, 20 & 27

Time: 6:00 - 7:30pm
Cost: $160 for 4 sessions OR $45 for a single session*

Yoga Nidra 

 


 

Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During the practice you can access deeper levels of consciousness as you enter the threshold state between sleep and wakefulness and enter the subconscious and unconscious dimensions. Led by Sarah M. Cardenas.

Pre-Natal Yoga

 


 

Prenatal yoga can be an ideal way to stay in shape during your pregnancy. The practice keeps you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation, with little, if any, impact on your joints.  Yoga is also beneficial because it helps you learn to breathe deeply and relax, which will come in handy as you face the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood.
